It’s unfortunate… they were one of the hottest teams/factions pre-AEW, and now they been greatly reduced. They still have the banger ppv matches 4-5 times a year, but outside of that, nothing really matters, and all of that falls on Tony. Their characters are even good now, it’s just nothing matters in AEW. Everything is stagnant.

The way I look at it is a problem when there's a refusal to do something with a hot product of all black wrestlers were cooking I think I would see Trips.What are you doing.. ATM there's not a great swing of momentum where it was but if you look at WM 40 with debt it of Jade it was made a big deal. He's lacking charisma and mic skills. While he's athletic and can perform some impressive spots, he lacks understanding of ring psychology. He's a good act in the tag team division or the midcard. But he lacks "it." I keep seeing comparisons to Booker T, and I just don't get it. Booker T DID have all the tools. He was excellent on the mic, he oozed charisma, and he had a great understanding of ring psychology. Booker's best of 7 series with Benoit (back in WCW) was incredible. And Booker could be passionate, intimidating, or funny. Sometimes he was all three in one promo! Now that's range! Yes, Triple H did hold Booker T down in WWF. That was wrong. But just because he did that, that doesn't mean he needs to push Ford now. Ford simply has not earned it. Competition in the men's division is much heavier than in the women's division. That said, I do admit that Triple H has an unhealthy obsession with pushing Samoans. It is true that Tonga Loa, for example, isn't as good as Ford and yet he's in a more prominent position. Frankly I feel the same about both of the Usos. But Roman is over and these guys get to ride his coattails. Just how it is in the wrestling biz sometimes. We saw that with Brutus Beefcake riding Hogan's coattails for 95% of his career.

Bobby Lashley has a great look but can talk and never could. He is a discount Brock Lesner. MVP is a manger at best. What is this huge value in the two of them? They would be midcarder at best as a unit. I like them both but could do without them. We already seen this show before l. They both lest for TNA and it didn’t move the needle. This time they will both go to AEW much older this time around, get way overpaid, and it won’t matter in a month.
